Very interesting subject, but I wouldn't have cut the top of the building on the left and I would suggest to take the picture when the sun is lower, so that the sky can show more texture...

Certes le cadrage aurait pu sans doute être meilleur,
mais la beauté de cette vieille mosquée est bien saisie!

Bernard, it's an interesting shot, I always associated this types of mosques with Mali, I'm sure you had a great trip. It's a slight shame that the tower (minaret?) has lost its top in the way you cropped your frame, but otherwise it's very interesting.
