Great Kielia 2010-09-20 7:08

Hi Ally,
playing lantern with children is also a beloved tradition here in Germany. This is a beautiful impression of the lantern where the colorful background plays an important role. The contrasts are really wonderful. TFS!
Warm regards
Harriet

Default Lanterns in Germany

Hi Ally,
unfortunateky I can't give you a link to images from German lanterns, but the traditionel ones look like little moons and suns. They are made from paper. They are not as beautiful as your lanterns at all, but it is a beloved tradition here and the children sing songs while they are walking with the lanterns.
Have a nice weekend!
Warm regards
Harriet
