wonderful picture. Extremly precise composition, interesting BW (is it really BW ? I feel like I can see some very subtle color tones ?!?!) The expression and the arm os the girl, and the political context makes this picture a favourite. very well done.

No, this is not 100% BW :) If you are familiar with Photoshop, this is what I did - my base layer is the origianl color image. Above - adjustment channel-mixer layer to make BW image. And yet one more layer on the top is the duplicate of the base color layer, with "Soft light" as blend mode, and opacity around 10-20%. This top-most layer brings back a hints of origonal colors.
