Technically it's not anything complicated (in this case it's checkboxes, not radio buttons), the question is rather whether Adam feels it would change anything and if change is at all necessary...

It's Adam's site, why should he live by your rules? That stupid 'fork' photo is becoming very annoying.

I agree with you that technically this is probably easy.
The only problem I have with this solution is that it makes uploading more difficult also for users who have not done anything wrong. The other thing is that I'm not sure of how effective it is. How many ouf you always read the Terms of Services and Agreements on different websites, before hitting the OK button? it could be the same with putting down checkmarks. But who knows...
I don't have any other recommendation in mind either :)
