I tend to agree with Catherine, but right now this is not a 'normal' moment for me. Or should I say, it IS 'normal' for the last three weeks? I have spent about an hour doing a few critiques, looking at a few photos, and now attempting to write this. According to my experience tonight it should take about 5 minutes to upload once I press the 'Post Message' button. It's 10:16pm in Melbourne, which is 1:16pm GMT. Is lunch time in Europe bringing too many members online?
It occurs to me that the owners might actually think they have 'fixed' the situation, but because they take so little interest in their website and so little notice of the members that they don't even know that there are continuing problems. Or perhaps they do and just don't care, thinking 'near enough is good enough', as we say in English.

Sorry my note appeared twice, but after 7 minutes of nothing happening, I decided to try again. Looks like it went the first time after all. But this inconsistency is becoming quite intolerable.

Frustrated… Incredibly, diabolically frustrated - me…
We've spent a chunk of our life for this site… We made a bunch of friends (better yet - we've made a bunch of enemies :-)))… We gave the site our passion… Our hearts… Our thoughts… Our time… Someone is making a living out of all of these above and that very someone doesn't give a stinky guano about our complains… Ok, guys high above… Is this about money…? Do you have any proposition for us…? Can you spit it out …? Anything, pals… Anything - but don't ignore us…! Kicking our butts is less humiliating than that awful, degrading silence of the administration… Polonaise… (That is: Mad as hell - Polonaise…)

Okay guys and girls!
Since we can't do much about the whole situation, all we can do is to sit & wait for someone to come and say how everything is going to be alright and all this was due to everyone responsible for running this site being absent for their summer holiday - and there's not much fun in that (waiting this to happen), is there?! So until that moment comes, I suggest we start posting jokes to at least keep everyone happy and entertained! I knew it... I knew it...
It's us to blame... It's us who are trying desperately to get on the site and it's us who are causing all that traffic congestion...!!! Damn... If I've never try to browse the TE - I'd never got these problems...! Thinkaboutit, folks... Thanks, Rob... At least someone is trying to keep us smiling through the tears of impotence... :-)))))) ..................... One of my deeply hidden, secret thoughts: I enjoy those rare and random minutes of flawless browsing on TE - immensely... Would I enjoy them as much if everything was OK... All the time...??? Just the thoughts... ………………………………
