Hello Ike,
The old quarter of Tzfat is an amazing place.
I've visited it in 1979 but haven't any good pictures of it.
Your photo here is a great composition. It immediately makes me want to wander around that old town again.
The picture is excellently balanced, very clear and sharp.
It also has good depth.
The bike and the different lamps are splendid elements.
Best regards, Paul

Default To PaulVDV: About Tzfat

Hello Paul,
Thanks for your appreciation my latest Tzfat picture.
This was the only one picture I took in this re-visit to Tzfat.
Reason: I was very dissappointed with what I saw, and sorry - I have to spoil your memories from the place.
This town nowadays is very neglected, not what you saw 40+ years ago, a town with no mercy for visitors, not many shaded corners around the old town (Except for the galleries alley), not even one bench along the small roads and the modern part has no interesting one value.
I had a hope to see any change from my 2017 visit.

Thanks for the further explanation, Ike.

The only photo you took recently does suggest a lot of interesting things.

Best regards,
