Hello Muthusamy,
you wrote "... my first B/W conversion ..."
I canīt see anything in this photo that was converted to B/W! Or did you just convert the color of the dress?
What did you do with the background? Itīs clearly visible that you cut out the lady and placed it on a black background. Why?
Furthermore, the photo lacks of sharpness.
Iīm sure you can do better!

Hello Ms.Gisi,
Thank you for the concern and comments. What I wanted to communicate is "... my first B/W conversion ..." (my first attempt in converting a color picture into B/W) Step 1: I have opened the picture in Irfanview. Converted the same into grey scale using image menu. Step 2: Cut the picture from its background Step 3: Superimposed on a Black background. Photo lacks sharpness. Could you guide the ways and means of improving the picture. Guide me the best procedure to convert from color to B/W. I hope I will be much benefited from your guidance and the same will help me to improve my future uploads.
