Hey Subhendu..
Best time..between march and april is risky as the weather is very unpredictable..if it snows at 15000ft getting upto 17100 is very difficult..i would say post april..but u might not get snow at that time... this was my second attempt to the place...first time i was stranded by a snow storm and my skidding car :) tc sayeed
