You have beautifully demonstrated your talent at capturing creative and extraordinary points of view in your images - this perspective wonderfully achieves the effect of leading the viewer's eye up the ramp at past the colorful fishing boats to the pastel pretty buildings and breezy varandas above. The overcast weather is a bit unfortunate, but we can't always choose the conditions in which we shoot. I hardly think it takes away from the beauty of the photo and the delightfully charming feeling that shines through here. Well done and thank you for sharing!

To lamentforicarus: hello there!
funny, I was writing on your picture titled Sonrisa...
The overcast bit? I love it. It adds texture to the sky. A blue sky is totally useless to a photographer (in my opinion). I must admit though that on my version, the walls of the houses on the right were all orange, hit by the evening sun. Preparing photos for the web is very hard, you always lose sharpness, quality, colors and details... thx for the words, Marc
