Montenegro-Seperate country

Since the independence referendum in Montenegro passed, shouldn't Montenegro be listed seperately from Serbia?

Yes, it should, it is also already a member of the United Nations.
But I think there will be a problem for the administrator, although not a big one, because Montenegro was already in a separate part of Serbia&Montenegro on TE.

Other name for Montenegro (how they call themselves) is Crna Gora.

Thanks, the country Montenegro has now been added, and 'Serbia and Montenegro' has been changed to Serbia.

Perast is a beautiful little town, I just adored it... even though it was rainy and cold when I was there.
