Congratulations to Mark. he is the only one of us all who is ready to walk the talk, not just wishing and hoping. His living his photography 100%, and putting himself out there, outside of the virtual world, showed grit, and I am sure, courage in making certain choices. this is not an obvious career.

You want something, you go get it, you don't put as a wish in a site intro. I admire many photographers here, and i don't know all of course, but Mark is the only one who has my total respect.

Thanks Don and Herve! I'm really flattered you guys even mentioned me. I am really excited for Eddie Adams (7 days to go). My team leaders include an AP photo editor, National Geographics head photo editor and a contact press photographer. I can't waint to meet the other 99 students from the workshop.

This career path that I've chosen sure isn't easy, but it's good to have support. Afterall, I attribute a large part of my passion for photography to TrekEarth. Who knows where I'll end up in a few years, but I hope it's with a camera in my hands.
