I think I share your fascination! nicely illustrative, think you have captured her perfectly not strictly posed but enough elegance to show her profession which adds to the exotic feel to the image. You've been courageous in the composition such nice vibrant colors and the gorgeous costume, sadly you cut off her feet and that's my only niggle, but all that said it is still a good portrait. Congrats

Yes, there is no enough space under her feet. It's not good.

But you know she was constantly moving. It's hard to take a perfect picture.
