Hi Peter.
Not quite a new year's day shot, but striking enough to mark the passing of time. Stunningly brilliant, in fact. The colours are simply astounding. You've done a range of quite different shots over this lake, all the while drinking beer, if my memory serves me correctly.
I trust you had a good new year's eve. Best wishes for 2011, and hope to see you some time. Perhaps I'll come up to Sydney before long to visit some rellies.

Hello Andrew,
Thank you for your kind words, it's always good to hear from you. I'm certainly lucky to have this view available to me, although it does cost me a considerable amount of hard disk space. I think I'm up to about 3000 sunset shots now and of course I can't bear to wipe any of them. With regard to the Forum comment, be assured you and the rest of the team are doing a great job, and although there are a few who make it their life's work to complain about their supposed unfair treatment, the vast majority appreciate the effort you put into the site.
