So do the East and West Loeians talk to one another these days? Looks like a very attractive town. Well composed with great detail and colour.

Yes, the people of Looe are all inhabitants of the one town now. It is Looe, not East or West Looe. (Well, as far as I could tell. There was no animosity!)
