Hello Claude,

A fine record of your observational skills.
WE seem to still use quite a few symbols akin to hieroglyphs, easily recognisable and interpreted.
I was fascinated too, how you had been able to create them on the French flag!

Thank you for your thoughtful critique, Gert.

I was very interested to learn of the connection between the local 'bairn' and Swedish 'barn'.
'Bairn' is a word often used in northern England, in reference to a baby.
It seems to confirm the strong effect that the Scandinavian races had upon the northern regions of the U.K.
