No, this community is wide open, no gates, easy access to enyone. I called my presentation "vigilant" due to the fact that people who live there have pretty much wild life in front of their backyards. Bears, coyotes, and eagles are quite frequent visitors in this area. But, some residents are also precautious in regard to "aliens".
