Hello Daniel,
This is a very interesting photo. I had to make some research to find out this is called Brantingtorget (Branting Square, named after Hjalmar Branting, the first Social Democratic Prime minister in the early 1920's). It's really just a courtyard, not a real square, and parts of the original buildings were pulled down during WW2, so this rounded building must have been built in the late 40's. I guess it is mainly used by the government administration. I have never seen it but now I found a reason to look it up. You made a very good composition with a surprisingly fine winter light. I really like the glimpses of "real" Gamla stan in the background.
