Great Robert1969 2013-07-24 0:24

Hello Ourania,

A picture with a hard contrast in it ( a
polarisation filter?). The point of view,
composition and the vertical position
creates a lots of depth and highness.
The open water makes picture calmness.
Light management is also great.

Friendly regards,
Robert

Default To Robert1969: Hello Robert

Hello Robert,
thank you very much for your attention and for your kind comments! I'm a little embarassed to say that I have never seen or learnt how to use a polariser and my excuse is that I don't think I can intervene in the functions of my camera as it is very simple. The contrast is due to the natural colours, my settings and a little pp enhancement. The sea is very deep at this part, that's why it's so dark blue and the rock was directly hit by a powerful late morning light.
Thank you very much again!
All the best,
Ourania
