Hello Jean,
Of course, the sign with the cows is funny in winter. But it looks strange because it is closed farther, where there is no snow. Is this snow in the foreground an avalanche? How did you get there? Anyway, the winter landscape here is magnificent.

To emka: About this road ...
This road is always closed in winter, a road on a secondary pass without a village, the other road on which I found myself (Col du Soulor) is cleared regularly to go from one side to the other. The accumulated snow in the foreground does not come from an avalanche but I suppose that it is so arranged to really prevent the unwary from entering this very dangerous, narrow and icy section...
