Large panoramas

I'm having problems uploading large versions of panoramas that I've posted. In fact I've never succeeded, despite many tries! The original posts conform to the requirements (minimum of 2.5:1 ratio), and the large versions also are within limits - the latest is 371 Kb, and 3000 x 804 pixels (why the tiny max file size for a "large" post, by the way?). When I try to upload the large file, I get the following message: "failed to change directory (error 21)
Invalid photo_insert_raw_query". Any help would be gratefully received!
