Wow.The tropics... a nice dream that you made reality.The picture is interesting - not only it shows a DOUBLE rainbow but also shows another view of the tropical islands.. one that generally tourists and occasional travelers never talk about. I have witnessed a tropical storm firsthand and it is no joke.. it's terrifying how fast a tropical paradise can turn into a wet bit of a rock with two windblown palms on top and you get to feel the greatness of Heavens as they say...Fortunately these tend to last just a little time- unless it's the monsoon season and then you get a distinct impression of "what am I doing out here??"...
Fascinating POV. Is it a helicopter? Drone? or..is it a crane? Do they have large Ferris wheels? What did you climb to get this fine view?

... and the answer to your question is? ...not really one of your guesses but this view was taken from the top deck of a cruise ship. An original and photogenic POV on this city, thank you for the comment.
