Hello!
Concerning the crop I agree with you. Concerning brightness I am not able to see the difference. And with sharpness... well I am too rookie to tell... I like the Castle in sillouette. It's a bit likr Turner and Monet Paintings of Venice: http://politicalcritic.com/posters_monet_venicetwilight.htm So, it was not my idea to further expose the Castle. But yes, the photo would gain in richness of detail. Thanks for the advice!
