Default To Glint: Light and Shade........

Thank you, Bev, for your kind and encouraging remarks once more. Perhaps it's because I haven't really been very active here for a while that I'm feeling a bit of a pariah with no-one even writing insulting remarks about my pictures! Insulting remarks are sometimes better than no comment at all!

I liked this one because, as I said, of the play of light and shade, but I do understand what you mean by a "more graphical" appearance which might have come about had I taken the photograph "full on", as it were. I agree that might have been better.

Actually, at this point it was a bit difficult to take time to take pictures because a 'bus had just arrived and a great wave of bodies had descended upon the place, pushing and shoving in all directions.

Anyway, Bev, I'm pleased that you like it. I shall no doubt be boring you with more pictures of Crete in the next couple of weeks!

Kind Regards,

John
