Why some photos aren't removed?

Last week I saw <A HREF="http://www.trekearth.com/viewphotos.php?l=5&p=872434">this photo</A>, being a clear example of what should NOT be uploaded here on TE. So I clicked on 'Report problem' and asked the admins to remove it. But today, it is still on the site! Why? I don't know... This is clearly an exmaple of advertising on TE...

This kind of shots (pure publicity) do not belong here. Maybe the administrators had no time this weekend to read the reports. Today I reported it too, let's see what happen...

Merci a toi Loïc, c'est vrai qu'à part la marque (dhewyz) et le N° de l'article, la photo n'est pas si mal, faudrait peut-être ajouter un peu de contrast et ... On pourrait faire un workshop? :P

It's VERY possible that the image was removed by the moderators- yet the member re-posted it. At which point it will again have to be reported to the moderators (or maybe they might see it themselves).
If the member continues to post the same image which has been previously removed - then further action will most likely take place.
