sorry I have to correct you. It is a man, wearing a Longyi It is a sheet of cloth(cotton) like a tube , you fix it with a kind of knot at your belly. It is very comfortable in a hot climate and I was wearing one too sometimes in Myanmar and Sri Lanka. It is cheap and there is a big variety of colors and patterns.It is the traditional dress for men in Myanmar,Sri Lanka,India and Bangladesh.Even for rich people.Many men wear it too in offices,banks and the government.
