Hello Ronny,
This is almost like being on a visit to a museum of ethnography. Beside the persons there are so many interesting things to discover. I wonder if they were able to take part in this week's elections, and whatever improvement of their lives the results could possibly have.
Regards,
Gert

Hello Gert!
I was reading about the election. It seems that Aung San Suu Kyi Party will win, but she did not act well with the Rohingya problem the last five years and she had to speak at the international court in Den Haag. People from Shan, Kachin and Rhakine state were not allowed to vote , because there is still bloody trouble. These are the states where the Rohingya live. And there is a law thas says, at least 25% of the members of the government have to be from the military. So still far away from democracy. Thanks for your interest. Regards,Ronny |
