Great holmertz 2019-07-04 2:34

Hello Murat,
A stunning, wild scenery, looking cold but beautiful. The colors and sharpness are very good in spite of being obviously taken through a window. I would have preferred to see this without the emergency sign. It would have been a very easy case for clone stamping.

Default To holmertz: Thanks for your comments

Hi Gert,
Thanks for your comments - I value them because they are constructive and you seem to know what you are talking about (a slight understatement). I decided to leave the Emergency Exit sign in the frame as a clue to the casual viewer that this is taken from behind a bus window. That way, the aberrations are no longer a mystery there is an explanation to them. For example, there is a reflection of the opposite window framing the clouds right above the mountains on the right edge, there are smudge marks on the window pane. The emergency exit sign explains them all and in my mind, they become part of the photo rather than artifacts.
