I had travelled in 2014 for 14 day the north of Sudan with a group. It is safe, no problems ... and it's a beautiful country !!!

I have also been interested in going there, or to an East African country, for some time. But I was under the impression that North and South Sudan were no-go's. Suppose I should reconsider, because it seems like a lot of people think otherwise
