Great Koopman 2009-01-27 15:34

Hi Austin,
It feel home when I read your info. Like in our country (Holland) we have always public discussions about if you should like such an object or not (inclusive petitons etc). To take part in this discussion. Is it possible for you to take also a picture (at sunset) from Perth south (other side of the Swan river)and or from the Kings Park (in the early morning I think). Than we can judge what the wheel is doing with the characteristic Perth skyline.
In the mean time I like this photo.
Regards henk

Default To Koopman: Perth Wheel

Hi there,

Thank you for your comments about this photo. Sorry for not responding sooner.

I may have a photo from the South Perth foreshore on an other computer, if not I want to get some of the Perth skyline from South Perth soon.

Daylight savings ends this weekend which means sunset will be one hour earlier so they will be easier to get.

The wheel is only 50m tall so it is a little insignificant against the office buildings.

Will get back to you in due course. Sorry for not responding sooner.

Regards

Austin
