Hello Gert,
I will not be inspired by this picture as I haven't been to Java. and I had no plans to go there. But I was looking forward to seeing Borobudur and Prambanan and just one day earlier I had to break my journey. Why it should be a low-quality picture? It is much better than many new photos we see here.
And of course, much more interesting. It was fun to see the 'Polish" flags in Indonesia.
I saw similar scenes in Bangkok. But there the slums were even closer to the rails and there were still the trains. But I have no pictures.

To emka: borobudur
Thank you Malgo,
I will eventually come to Borobodur, but I never saw Prambanan. I nearly decided this photo wasn't fit for showing, because it was noisy and unsharp, but somehow I managed to make it just about reasonably acceptable, so I posted it. Sad news from Poland today. Imagine that in the 1970's Swedish women went to Poland for abortions, because your laws were more liberal than ours! How times change. Best regards, Gert
