As for your first comment, I'm not sure if you're being serious or facetious. As for the second comment, please explain or do a workshop to improve it.

It just strike me as an ugly image. Dirty hands and teeth. That's my honest opinion. Technically, it is a bad crop/frame. Empty space at the left and top. Subject cut off below the shoulders. You could turn your camera sideways and capture more of the subject. Poor DOF also. Does not compare with your normally good work!
