Now I am sick and tired of continuously re-posting and giving explanations.
I call it a day now. I came here to learn a trick or two about photography but like other users use to complain the moderation is a tad bit too harsh out here. " This is an automated email informing you of the following: Your photo titled, "Diwali - A Festival of Lights" (photo1407967.htm) seems to violate the TrekEarth terms of service and therefore has been inactivated. The reason is: -Studio-like, staged or posed, -Common Object w/o Suitable Note " Now I ask is how do you deactivate your account. Last edited by Porteplume; 03-01-2013 at 06:10 AM. |

Hi Dush,
Did you ever read the TOS? - http://www.trekearth.com/terms.php - Every site has rules and you should read and follow them... ![]() |

I see not one but several uploads without one single word of note ,
I see self portraits doing the round, Family pics being viewed but it seems our Dear Moderator has forgotten that the rules do apply to all. ![]() |

The moderators have not forgotten that the rules apply to everybody, but we are few in number and can't possibly spot every infringement of them. That doesn't give anybody an excuse for breaking the rules themselves.
I'm sorry you don't seem to like having to abide by the rules, but the decision of whether to abide by them and continue to be active on the site or to leave is a decision for you alone. |
