Where do I get my blocked Image

I recently uploaded an Image with some message imprinted on it,
The moderators have taken it off on violation of terms.
Now as I am away from the original source and I wanted to remove the text and repost it where do I find it?

Hi Dush,

I'll temporarily re-activate your photo so you can copy it. But you will first have to follow the mail we sent you and send in a request, only then... I can re-activate it.
