To jegauth: Three pints

Thank you!

I think that is from water spray. It was slightly windy that day.

I will try to remove the spots.

Thank you for taking time to work with my image. I had already run a brightness and unsharp mask, though not at the levels that you have selected. I was afraid of over doing it.

I chose to crop...

Where is the sea?

The Chesapeake Bay, rather than the sea, is to the right of the sidewalk. It would not help this view by including the bay in the picture.

Nmess - you are correct. The printed image shows none of the artifacts.

I printed this on artists water color paper to achieve an artistic painted look. I am pleased with the results.

Thanks...

Port Deposit

The original is nice. I had to bring the color a little and I did an unsharp mask on it. I think saving it to jpg for trekearth may have caused some of the pixelation.

Jpeg compression

Yuricle - Sean44 .... I tend to agree with both of you. I have a print of this image framed and hanging on my family room wall. It is quite crisp. Jpeg compression does tend to fuzz things up.
