Date this pic was taken is on the photo info section, but in case you missed it I took this Sept 2001 just before the 9/11 attack on the twin towers. I flew home to the UK on sept 10!

The background noise in the sky makes it difficult to clone out the pole without leaving a noticeable trace, healing brush just makes things worse.
Think best result is to crop it out.

Took this shot at dusk, cranked the ISO up to 6400 which gave me a bit of grain (noise) which I liked, so I converted it to B&W.
