To photoniall: not being able to give points

Hi Niall,
Welcome to TE.
The reason you may not have been able to give any points to me is possibly that you exceeded your daily limit of points to give out. (Also, I currently have points...

Re: To Verti: I saw your birds!

That wasn't my photo, it was <a href="http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Asia/Japan/Kanto/Kanagawa/Enoshima/photo1080.htm">Bayleaf's</a>.

My photo, taken in March 2002, is in an album back home in...

Re: To sohrab: Parasol workshop

Oh, and part of the post-processing problems I have is getting the file size within the 200kb limit. (and I'm not on my own computer at the moment...)

To sohrab: Parasol workshop

Thanks for the workshop. I almost did the same thing as you. I still have a lot to learn in the way of photo post-processing. It was a very bright day (first totally cloudless day for a while) and my...

Re: To Verti: Other fuji?

There may be one in Tsugaru, but I was looking at a map of Tochigi and found one here, so decided to climb during the summer vacation. I've got some photos of it at...

To Robert_L: Why?

As for your first comment, I'm not sure if you're being serious or facetious. As for the second comment, please explain or do a workshop to improve it.

To SylFondacci: picture size

Yes, I tried to make it bigger, but when I did I lost a lot of sharpness - and the cracks in the flooring become zig-zags. Thanks for your comment.

The cute duo

This is a photograph that would very likely sell well as a postcard - you just need to straighten the lake level. Have you thought of approaching a Crater Lake postcard company?

To Robert_L: feet cropping

Yes, I know. But had to rotate the picture to get the horizontals right, which of course necessitates more drastic cropping. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of the feet there in the first place.

To Proxilva: Summer Clouds workshop

Thanks for the workshop, Proxilva. I posted the photo because of the effect I got when using my sunglasses as a filter. I also took a similar photo without the sunglasses, and the picture was pretty...

To Beltante: Fish on sticks

I have had this kind of cooking before. It's quite nice, and not only are fish cooked by this method. You can use vegetables like potatoes; other Japanese things cooked are konyaku (which is derived...

To kooreman: about the Rope workshop

Thanks for having a go, Jan. I actually think the cushions are all right as they were part of the "environment", as is the bottom of the paper lantern. Perhaps you could change the colours of the...
