That is a great link for the look and feel of the old TE. The advertisements are much less on the beta site.

The photograph looks like it was shot to be a "Stock" photograph. I don't think there was any wrong doing regarding the use of the photograph - but anything is possible.

I too have had photos stolen from this site and from TL. A total of eight (8) photos were stolen and used om music cds and were for sale in Obidos, Portugal. I have since deleted all of my photos...
