Thank you for the critique. Indeed, it can be too fat , but plov I ate in Tashkent was not. The white things are eggs - bigger chicken eggs, smaller - quail ones.

Hi Malgo and Gert,

Because of the different sizes of the white stuff, I would have expected it to be cheese and not eggs.
The combination of chicken and quail eggs, of course, means the difference in size.
I suppose cheese is not used very often in Central Asian cuisines.

It does look appetizing.
