Hi Gilad. Your versatility in photography is enchanting. How you can go from one subject to another, and from b/w to bursting colors...like here. This is one of the most refreshing, tender, happy, funny photographs I have seen lately. It could be a postcard for kids, you know, a bit on the kitchy side, yet, it's much more in my view. I see it as an ode to the beauty of nature and all that living things. And you write well too... This made me happy and full of smiles, and now is time to go to sleep:-). Michèle

Hi Gilad, striking image, with a superb timeless quality. The light is divine certainly in the photographical sense:-). Harsh and yet diffused, glowing. And the children's curious looks, their turning from the still standing women, gives a great strength to the whole and, I hope you don't mind, even a humorous sense. Even if the Messiah won't come, they are representing hope, for sure. Superb. Michèle

Dear Angshuman, my heartfelt congratulations for this superb portrait. I think it is one of your best photographs. There is so much in her eyes, and what we can see in the little alley, where you cleverly played with the dof, thus creating a lovely background. Great colors, and that framing is perfect in my view, the way she looks at you, shy and so curious and full of life. It get to one's heart. Thank you and congratulations for your new camera too! One sees the difference, but not only because of it, but because of the shift in your style of posts. Cheers and kind regards Michèle

Sono stanca allora ti scrivo in inglese stasera:-). It's beautiful and original and dynamic and there's a graphical and tender eye at work here...that kid in the corner, the pigeons spread in eye-catching way, very balanced. What I love so much are the tiny red feet and that bit on red on the boy's clothes, like a reminder. The more I look at it, the more I like it.

Finally Sayeed, I get to write the note to this photograph I had put in my favorite's theme a couple of days ago. Which says it all :-). A charming, tender, fine-tuned portrait of this young girl. Impeccable composition, love the way she stands there with the the vale profound behind her and the branches, great play with the dof. Her hair...it makes me smile, and a bit melancholic and, well...great stuff. Lovely array of soft grey tones. Have a great weekend. A pleasure to have you around again. Michèle P.S. and of course I love the poem. What do you think of e.e. cummings' ones ?

Hello Omer, That red is gorgeous with the grey surrounding it, there's fun and originality in this angle, well done, but I would worked the left edge, that kind of "something" grey is disturbing, it needs to be neat there too. :-). You have a very interesting gallery, to be discovered. Best regards and thanks for the sharing, Michèle

What an amazing photograph, Federico. I can hardly believe my eyes, that would never happen in good old quiet Europe... Although it is a serious theme, I see a kind of joy of them too, the burst of young and eager lives, even if handicapped like Ana. Quite a lesson, love the way the focus is on the cars and how you caught the movement, and the onlooker (on his bike ?) on the right side adds to the punch. Great stuff, we need more of this... Michèle
