These things are very important and having great value both in term of history and money. if you are in possession of this stone, then it is better to take this picture to Peshawar University, in Archealogy department, There you will surely find some professors who can read it and tell you the historical significance of this picture. As you Know the are of Peshawar Valley, Charsada, Mardan and then to Gilgit and the other way to Taxila was the old headquarter of Buddhism and many old remains are still available in these areas, so it must be connected to those.may be its Karoshti Language but I am not sure, as Karoshti was written in a different way and mostly available on leafs that dated back to 2000 years ago.
