Great color and you clicked at the right time. FYI : This girl is of African origin. The ancestors of this girl were Africans who were brought as slaves by the Arabs before 500 years. Now they are known as "Sidi" or "Habashi"

Hello, nice photos. One of my favorites. This vegetable is called "Shingoda" in Gujarati language. They grow in the water. It is is tasteless vegetable. Most people eat them raw. Some others dry them and grind them to make flour and then they make bread.
