Giorgio It is a nice image but exactly how does this image tell the viewer anything about the world? How does an image like this teach other about different culture? Short answer, it does not. It is these kind of images which should not be uploaded to TE based on the mission statement of the web site.

Hello, Your shot is good, however the POV should have been from an angle showing two sides of this marvelous work because from this POV little of the chariot can be seen. I have been to Hampi many times and I always return to this location to take additional images. This is a nice effort. Regards Jeff

I know this temple extremely well. The image is clear and sharp but the white balance is too cool to the blue side. This is one of the most difficult temples to photograph due to its total white nature and it is my opinion that given the lighting conditions I see in the image you over compensated with the color balance. Try adjusting that portion of the image and you will have presented its true color nature which is difficult to capture. Even the images I have posted of this temple were difficult to bring out the coloration correctly.

Hi Olivier This is an excellent photo capturing the folds of the glacier with the deep blues of the older ice along with the striations of the dust/dirt particles which give the overall image a wonderful feel. The inclusion of the people also provides a size reference. Nice tonal qualities, sharpness and contrast. Jeff

Nicely executed Craig and if I read the time stamp correctly you were out late that evening. The B&W works very well with this one and I just left Prague a week ago. Thank you for the image without "tourists".... Jeff

Hi Malgo, Beautiful image. I have been to this cave as well as many others and in some cases I can hand hold my Nikon and shoot low light, slow shutter speed images with relatively good results however, I usually carry a light weight tripod for the best results. Your image came out nice, not much high ISO noise, sharp focus and good color saturation. Cheers Jeff

An excellent photograph. The dark silhouette riders and massive background of the mountains with good light control definitely gives the image its feel of reality and place.
