Photographer’s Note
A village called Hartington, Nr Buxton, Derbys. This is a beautiful unspoilt part of England, unchanged since the early 1800's. I went photo crazy at this village. Everything the English countryside is all about.

Yes - seams to be a nice place. Im sure to have some pictures of a church simular to that one - from a visit to UK back in 1985. Is this a typical village chuch? (Or have I realy been the same place)
Nice autumn colours.

Firstly, the quality of the image and the colors are very good. Then, I like this photo because it describes well the environment of the 19th century. Lastly, even if the weather is not shone upon, this gray sky with the colors of autumn represent the season well.

You can really tell this is England - there is something unmistakeable about the way the countryside looks. I've been staring at this photo for about 3 minutes because I'm a bit homesick....
I wouldn't change anything on this at all. I think the light is perfect, the composition is good (maybe crop out the triangle of earth in the bottom right corner?), and the definition is crystal clear.
Do you have any more like this?
