A creepy image, because I'm not sure if he's looking at the camera or not. I think you needed a slightly faster shutter speed here, because he's slightly blurred. I like your decision to go black and white for this one. It adds to the image greatly.

This guy has so much character in his face, the photo grabs me immediately. I thought maybe he is too central in the frame so I have left a workshop for you, just to see some possible changes. (Actually I just wanted to play with your pic).
Cheers, nice one

Not 100% sharp, but a very good picture. I like the expression on the face (but it's hard to say what he is thinking) and all the wrinkles. The colours you used are great!

You have some nice portraits Andreas,
This one in particular,
I like the close-up of the man and the sepia tones
The DOF /sharpness could improve but in general its all good
Well done

Good portrait. I find that the B&W is a good choice for this picture, it's a beautiful portrait that represent well Cuba. Once again it's a picture that I like of you

Great shot, too bad it's slighlty blured.
Your sepia tone are a bit too red to my test and a bit too saturated, also what i would do is slightly makes the white of the eyes a bit brighter.Watch the shadows , you're starting to loose details.
Watch fo rthe hat getting over exposed.
I might just re edit it for you in a workshop..hope you don't mind.
Great midtones though.
Great portrait.
ps: He's left eye ( the one on this side->.. from our POV) is kind of looking at us...lol
