Tai O dried fish store Photo

Photographer’s Note

A dried-fish store in the village of Tai-O in Lantao island , Hong-Kong.
Note that there is one dried shark hanging in the middle of the store, one of some dozen or so in this village.
The dried fishs also very smelly - though i couldn't put smell on photoe.

I like these daily life shots, and this one has a lot of details with all of the hanging fish - and the shark! It's nice that you were also able to capture two workers in action. I can imagine how strong the smell must have been. A coworker of mine used to eat dried cuttlefish in his cubicle, and that smell alone was really strong!!

Bizzare view of all this dried fish hanging there.
Good candid shot. Both appear to be working hard.
I guess this is popular to eat here, strange for us in North America.
