Cali is also known as the Salsa Capital "Capital de la Salsa" given the city's love for that genre of Afro-Caribbean music. In early July there is the Summer Salsa Festival which lasts for one week. It usually includes concerts by some of the world's great salsa bands as well as dance shows and "melomano" competitions in which salsa connoisseurs try to outdo each other by digging deep into the archives of salsa music and related sounds to find and reveal long lost tunes. On any night of the week small salsa clubs offer a variety of Afro-Caribbean beats

Hello Sergio,
What an amazing view of the city with excellent, well-saturated colours and very good clarity. The city looks splendid underneath the blue sky and white puffy clouds. The green foreground is well included too.

A good bird's eye view of the city from this lofty vantage point. Good sharpness and interesting cloud patterns with a rich blue sky on account of the altitude. The palm trees add a tropical mood. Tfs!

Hello Sergio,
It's a great view of Cali with an attractive mixture of traditional low buildings with brick roofs and modern skyscrapers. The sky is almost as nice. I like the green areas in the foreground surrounding the red roofs. It's a well processed photo and the colors and clarity are superb.

On ne voit pas souvent de photos de cette région. Je trouve cela rafraîchissant .Un point de vue qui nous offre la ville en profondeur avec de belles montagnes en arrière plan et de beaux nuages en flocons.

nice the view of this section of Cali with the new and modern buildings to are so close with the older ones.I like the endless view leading the eyes to the far end sea,with the above clouds to make the scene even more attractive.

La ville ne semble plus finir à voir la photo.
