Okay, I know that the thumbnail looked way better... sorry for that!
This is the maximum my EOS 350D can do during night with this lens. f/stop 3,5, ISO 1600 and 30sec. exposure! Longer exposure would have ruined the shot because of the tracking stars and me without a special tracking-tripod.
Yes, it is noisy but NEAT couldn't really help me. The powerlines on the right side are the proof that I didn't pan with the stars and that the exposure was "just" half a minute. The sky just looked that way!!
When you looked upwards after the moon set and somewhere far away from the next city this is what you saw!
