Photographer's Note

Two large bronze satirical sculptures made by the artist Marc André Jacques Fortier are placed in front of 500 Place d'Armes building.

This one shows a man with a condescending, swaying air, facing the Church of Our Lady, carrying a small English dog. (the other, sadly I didn't saw it is a woman carryng a french dog).

Born in Montreal in 1961, Marc André Jacques Fortier has been a self-taught artist since 1986. His paints and sculptors has participated in various exhibitions in Canada and abroad.
