Fishing in Puget Sound

After our visit to Mount Baker, we continued our journey south. For our visit to Seattle, we stayed in a hotel north of the city, in the town of Lynnwood. We arrived at the end of the afternoon and after checking in at our hotel we drove the few miles to the coast, where we found a very nice restaurant in the town of Edmonds (18mi north of Seattle). After dinner, we made a stroll along the beach. This is the Public Fishing Pier near Edmonds Marina just before sunset, which was a very popular place for (crab) fishing indeed. The water is Puget Sound, the mountains are the Olympic Mountains at the Olympic Peninsula.
