Frustrating Reflections

Walking across the Lakeside Avenue in the direction of our parking garage we saw a number of fantastically reflecting approximately 3 meter high prism-shaped small buildings near the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland.
A paradise for photographers who like reflections, like me.
The photos of this presentation show three impressions of them.

The frustrating thing was certainly not this wonderful opportunity for some attractive photos, but the fact that I could not find any information about this series of gems.
The reflecting prisms were located on the E Mall Drive, a kind of park between the Center's main building and the Cleveland Public Auditorium. The whole complex belongs to the Center.
My best guess is they are ventilation ducts wrapped with mirrors. I deduce this from the openings in the roof of the ducts.

Perhaps one of you has better suggestions. Please let me know.
